GUARANTEE

Chi Couture Uniforms Inc will gladly return or exchange providing all garments are unwashed and unworn and in the original state.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard and certified cheques. Personal cheques acceptable but must clear bank before order can be processed. Please note that orders will not be processed until payment is paid in full.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Items not in stock up to 4-5 weeks.

DELIVERY COST

We charge a flat fee for shipping and handling within Canada based on the quantity of your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

*Please allow up to 2weeks for the processing of your return. *Shipping costs will be charged on exchanges to be reshipped. *Merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 14 days after delivery.

*Credit only after 14 days and up to 30 days after delivery.

*After 30 days no merchandise will be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

*Custom and sale items are considered a final sale. Chi Couture Uniforms will not honor requests for a refund or exchange.

*Merchandise being shipped back must be accompanied by the original receipt and a return/exchange form.

*Exchange/refund form can be obtained by e-mailing info@mychi.ca

*Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.
